Shipping
Due to recent increases in carrier fees—particularly for oversized packages (such as hoops) and fuel surcharges—shipping costs are subject to adjustments. Please note that these changes are beyond our control.  

Shipping Hoops
Hoops ship separately at a flat rate of $75.00 per hoop. For orders of multiple hoops, please contact us with the quantity, sizes, and your shipping address, and we’ll provide an adjusted shipping rate.

Discounts
We offer a 10% discount on club or group orders over $1,000 (before taxes) on regularly priced items, excluding hoops. Contact us to receive your discount code.

Competition Apparatus Logos
All competition apparatuses come with FIG and manufacturer logos. To preserve these logos, we recommend covering them with transparent tape, except for apparatus with laser markings.

Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense. A 2.9% processing fee (charged by our payment processor) applies to all returns, and sale items are non-returnable.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and update you on the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
